CNSide® Diagnostics has achieved an important milestone in the advancement of neuro-oncology diagnostics with the assignment of a new American Medical Association Proprietary Laboratory Analyses (PLA) CPT code for its Cerebrospinal Fluid (CSF) Tumor Cell Enumeration (TCE) test.

The newly assigned dedicated CPT PLA code, 0640U, becomes effective July 1, 2026, and establishes a unique reimbursement identifier specifically for CNSide®.

This milestone represents a significant step forward in strengthening the reimbursement and commercialization infrastructure supporting broader clinical adoption of CNSide® in the evaluation of patients with suspected leptomeningeal metastases (LM).
